These Terms govern your use of the website at chairsidebarbersites.com (the “Site”), operated by Chairside Barber Sites (“Chairside,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What we do

Chairside builds websites for barbers. The Site describes our service and shows sample “demo” sites. The demo sites are illustrative examples for fictional barbers and do not represent real businesses.

2. No offer; separate agreement

Information on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer or a contract. Pricing and project details are discussed and agreed separately. Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us; these Terms cover only your use of this Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Chairside name, logo, text, design, and demo sites — are owned by Chairside and protected by law. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. (When we build a website for a client, ownership of that client’s site is addressed in our separate agreement with that client.)

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest at scale, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

5. Third-party links

The Site and our demo sites may link to third-party services (such as booking platforms or Instagram). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for those services.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Demo sites are illustrative only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chairside will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
