Chairside Barber Sites (“Chairside,” “we,” “us”) builds websites for barbers. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website at chairsidebarbersites.com (the “Site”). We’ve kept it short because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us (for example, at hello@chairsidebarbersites.com) or use a contact link on the Site, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything else you choose to share — such as your Instagram or booking link.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on the Site.
- Cookies. The Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address under its own privacy policy.
2. How we use information
We use the information you send to reply to you, to provide our services if you become a client, and to keep records of our communications. We use automatic log data to operate and secure the Site.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We rely on service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Microsoft 365, via GoDaddy). We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Your choices
You can email us at hello@chairsidebarbersites.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, and we’ll do so where we’re able.
5. Data retention
We keep the emails and information you send for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide and document our services.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
7. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
